Terms of Service
Effective June 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, software, developer APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Tessellatic, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (“Tessellatic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Tessellatic provides business-to-business software and developer APIs for fraud detection, risk scoring, and financial-market data. These capabilities are offered through our product brands.
Our software analyzes data and returns signals only — it never holds, moves, or transmits customer funds.
The Services are informational tools. We are not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and the Services do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using outputs of the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are intended for use by businesses and their authorized personnel. You represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of the organization you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the rate limits or access controls of the Services except as expressly permitted;
- submit data you are not authorized to provide, or use the Services to infringe the rights of others;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data they contain.
4. Fees
Where the Services are offered on a paid basis, applicable fees, billing terms, and any order-specific terms will be set out in an order form, subscription plan, or other written agreement between you and Tessellatic. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, documentation, and content provided by Tessellatic, are owned by Tessellatic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessellatic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that creates risk or legal exposure for Tessellatic or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
